Training Pathway: Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Training Program

The University of Pittsburgh Health System Medicine/Pediatrics Program is committed to providing our residents with the most balanced and comprehensive medical training available. Our unique program combines the best elements of five major academic hospitals in the Oakland/Shadyside area of Pittsburgh. This broad and complete experience ensures that our trainees are well prepared to practice clinical medicine and pediatrics in a variety of settings.

Within this large academic setting, we are fortunate to have a cohesive, supportive, and hardworking group of residents who are devoted to patient care.
